121 Coaching Cost

Below you will find all the information on the 121 coaching I provide. Please find the contact information at the bottom of this page for making a booking enquiry or if you need any further information. 





Phone call introduction - 30 minutes (free of charge)

This is the chance for you to enquire more about 1-2-1 support and how it will benefit you. It is the chance for any questions and to go ahead with arranging the ADHD Coaching Assessment.

ADHD Coaching Assessment - 90 minutes (£50 charge)

The ADHD assessment will consist of getting some background knowledge regarding your ADHD, including things such as your current situation on getting/having received an ADHD diagnosis, previous therapy, and comorbidity. Furthermore, I will go over your risk assessment and emergency contact information, followed by discussing and determining your goals for ADHD coaching.


1-2-1 Coaching - 60 minute sessions (£40 charge)

These 1 hour 1-2-1 sessions will take place once every two weeks, where we will collaboratively work towards a goal you would like to progress towards. This service can be offered either over zoom or face to face within a 15 mile radius of Hedge End, however this will require a further charge. If this is something you would prefer then please include this within your enquiry when messaging to start 121 coaching.

Welcome to ADHD Amy Coaching

My background:  ADHD Amy Coaching provides support and raising awareness for those with ADHD. I have experience of providing a goal based intervention for individuals with ADHD and other mental health struggles for the NHS and Solent Mind, my own lived experience of ADHD, as well as an upper 2nd in my Psychology (counselling and mental health) degree. During working for the NHS and Solent Mind I have provided 121 support, developed and implemented new materials, presented to other health care staff within the NHS, as well as presenting to family, friends and other individuals requiring more information for supporting individuals with ADHD.  Why did it start? Due to my lived experience and seeing the positive impact more ADHD support and education can have, I now aim to pursue this on a wider level and use my talents in a more specific way.
