It is the chance for any questions and to go ahead with arranging the ADHD Coaching Assessment. ADHD Coaching Assessment - 90 minutes (£50 charge) The ADHD assessment will consist of getting some background knowledge regarding your ADHD, including things such as your current situation on getting/having received an ADHD diagnosis, previous therapy, and comorbidity. My background:  ADHD Amy Coaching provides support and raising awareness for those with ADHD. I have experience of providing a goal based intervention for individuals with ADHD and other mental health struggles for the NHS and Solent Mind, my own lived experience of ADHD, as well as an upper 2nd in my Psychology (counselling and mental health) degree. During working for the NHS and Solent Mind I have provided 121 support, developed and implemented new materials, presented to other health care staff within the NHS, as well as presenting to family, friends and other individuals requiring more information for supporting individuals with ADHD.  Why did it start? Due to my lived experience and seeing the positive impact more ADHD support and education can have, I now aim to pursue this on a wider level and use my talents in a more specific way. Life before diagnosis… So, for those of you who are not aware, undiagnosed ADHD has an extremely negative impact on an individual and when I look back on my life before I was diagnosed it still pains me to remember how I felt. Undiagnosed ADHD comes at a cost, and I don’t just mean the debt that undiagnosed ADHD caused for me either. Not only did it impact me with financial costs, but it caused extreme costs to my mental and physical health.
